Ryan Chase
Chase has been wrenching on peds since before it was cool. Helped Steve realize the difference between a scooter and a moped a few years back, and they've been riding ever since. Chase can max out a Maxi, or anything else Puch, real quick. But Chase truly excells when he is behind the paint gun. If your once-was-shiny moped needs a makeover, Chase is the guy to talk to.
