Engine Rebuilds

Moped engines are well built and reliable machines, but sometimes engines are just "shot"... be it from abuse, neglect, or just tons of happy miles. Its ok though, we're here to build it back up. An engine rebuild will ensure that your engine is in tip-top and will run you into the next century.

    Rebuilds include:

  • Crankshaft bearing replacement
  • Primary drive bearing replacement
  • New gaskets for top and bottom end
  • New oil seals

  • Sachs 505/504 - $275

  • Honda PA50I/II - $275

These flat rates are for engine IN HAND only. Port City Peds can remove the engine for you at the labor rate of $60/hr.
